What Drives Event Pricing
Event pricing depends on date, guest count, bar package, lodging needs, and how much of the ranch you want for your event. Small daytime gatherings start with an hourly barn rental; larger parties move into per-person packages with bar service and overnight stays. What the Photos Don't Tell You
The Courtyard
Between the Event Barn and the pasture sits a gravel courtyard lined with picnic tables — where guests drift between the scheduled parts of the day. The barn's black metal wall carries a painted thunderbird with its wings spread wide, BE HERE NOW arced above it in amber, and wildflower branches running off to either side. A white breeze-block wall closes the opposite edge, agave planted straight into the gravel, string lights along the rail. Put cocktail hour here and you don't need to bring in a backdrop.
Fire pits sit throughout the property and firewood is sold at The Lodge. Worth knowing before you build an evening around one: fires are out by midnight, and fire pit use pauses whenever Travis County has an active burn ban. That happens most summers here.
The Outdoor Bar
The outdoor bar is a permanent build, not a unit rolled in for the day — corrugated metal cladding, a wood counter, prickly pear in terracotta pots along the top, and a pergola of raw cut branches overhead with a disco ball hung in the middle of it.
Bar service runs through the venue, sold per person and per hour as part of your event. No outside alcohol. Tell us your guest count and how long you want the bar open and we'll build the package around that — it's one of the first numbers we'll ask for on a planning call.
