Start your morning by nourishing your body, mind and soul with a Kundalini yoga class, meditation and gong relaxation led by Mary Onkar.  This class will bring out your radiance and leave you feeling nourished from the inside out.

Juiced up will be gracing our taste buds post yoga with freshly made juice alongside a bountiful charcuterie board by Honey & Brie. The pool will be open, and hot tub on, alongside the ice bath to test your breath! We’ll have poolside essential oil massages by Dulcinea Tincher followed by a floral arrangement class, for you to create a pretty bouquet to take home! Taco bar lunch includes your alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks of delicoius kombucha from Neatreat.
